Union Public Service Commission has released the application form for UPSC CAPF Exam 2021 on its official website on 15th April 2021. A total of 159 vacancies have been announced through this notification to recruit Assistant Commandant in the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF). The interested and eligible candidates can fill their application form by 05th May 2021

UPSC CAPF (AC) Eligibility Criteria 2021

– A Citizen of India

– A Citizen of Nepal or Bhutan

-No other candidate can apply except with the consent of the Central Government in writing.
Minimum Age – 20 years   Maximum Age – 25 years– The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree from any recognised university to be eligible for UPSC CAPF 2021 Exam.

– The candidates who appear in the final year of their degree course can also apply for the exam but they have to produce the final year mark sheet of the qualifying exam with the detailed application form.

UPSC CAPF (AC) Selection Process 2021

The candidate has to go through the following stages to get selected for Assistant Commandant vacancies:

  • Paper- I is Objective Type with negative marking of 1/3rd marks for each wrong answer.

At the time of the interview, applicants with the NCC ‘B’ or ‘C’ Certificate will be given preference. But these qualifications will only be taken into account during the interview only.
