Central Railway Apprentice Eligibility Criteria 2021
| Age Limit (as on 01-01-2021) | Educational Qualification |
| Minimum Age – 15 years Maximum Age – 24 years | Candidates must have passed the 10th class examination Or Must have passed its equivalent under 10+2 examination system with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized board. And Also, possess National Trade Certificate (NTC) in the notified trade issued by National Council for Vocational Training/ State Council for Vocational Training. |
Central Railway Apprentice Age Relaxation 2021
The upper age limit qualifies some relaxation for different categories by the government as below:

Central Railway Apprentice Selection Process 2021
Selection will be done on the basis of the merit list prepared by the board against the applications. The merit list will be drawn on the basis of percentage marks in matriculation (with minimum 50% aggregate marks) + ITI marks in the trade in which Apprenticeship is applied.

Central Railway Apprentice Recruitment 2021: Document Required
Candidates are required to upload the scanned copy of the following stated documents:
- SSC (Standard 10th) or its equivalent mark sheet.
- Certificate for proof of the date of birth (if standard 10th mark sheet has a date of birth then not required).
- Provisional National Trade Certificate indicating marks.
- National Trade Certificate issued by NCVT or Provisional National Trade Certificate issued by NCVT /SCVT.
- Caste certificate for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
- Disability certificate
Central Railway Apprentice Recruitment 2021: Training Stipend

| During the first year of Training | 70% of the minimum wage of semi-skilled workers notified by the respective State or Union Territory. |
| During the second year of Training | 80% of the minimum wage of semi-skilled workers notified by the respective State or Union Territory. |
| During the third and fourth year of Training | 90% of the minimum wage of semi-skilled workers notified by the respective State or Union Territory. |
