Educational Qualification

Accounts OfficerCandidates must hold one of the qualifications:

a) CA/ICWA (CMA); or

b) MBA of minimum 2 years’ duration from a recognised University. (For this post, MBA is equivalent to 2 years’ P.G. Diploma in Business Management); or

c) M.Com of minimum 2 years from a recognised University or equivalent with at least 60 % marks along with B.Com.  
Personnel OfficerCandidates must be graduate from a recognised University or equivalent with at least 55% marks along with: –

a) A Master Degree in Social Works or MBA or P.G. Degree in Personnel Management/ HRM/ Industrial Relations

or  

b) A Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Laws/ Labour Welfare & Personnel Management/ HRM/ Industrial Relations.
Assistant Engineer / Junior Engineer – I (Electrical)Candidates must hold four years’ full time graduation degree in Engineering or AMIE in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronic/ Electrical, Instrumentation & Control/ Power Systems & High Voltage/ Power Electronics/ Power Engineering.  
Assistant Engineer/ Junior Engineer – I (Mechanical)Candidates must hold four years’ full-time graduate degree in Engineering or AMIE in Mechanical/ Production/ Industrial Engineering/ Production & Industrial/ Thermal/ Mechanical & Automation/ Power Engineering.  
Assistant Engineer/ Junior Engineer – I (Civil)Candidates must hold four years’ full-time graduate degree in Engineering or AMIE in Structural/ Civil Construction/ Civil Engineering.

Mechanical/ Electrical/ Production Engineering with a diploma in Industrial Safety.  
Junior ChemistCandidates must hold two years’ full-time post-graduation degree in Chemistry or four years’ full-time graduate degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized University or a degree of a Foreign University or Institution declared by a competent authority.  
Informatics AssistantGraduate or full-time degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Computer Applications/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Information Technology;

Or  

Full-time Post Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Application or 3 years’ Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology;

Or  

Graduate with Diploma in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology;

Or  

Graduate from a university established by law in India with “O” or Higher-Level Certificate Course conducted by National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIEIT)/ DOEACC;

Or  

Graduate with Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA)/ Data Preparation and Computer Software (DPCS) Certificate organized under the National/ State Council of Vocational Training Scheme.  
For all the above-mentioned postsCandidates must possess working knowledge of Hindi Written in Devnagri script and knowledge of a Rajasthani culture.
